Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received and processed by Northern Roots Boutique.
